Tropical non-alcoholic drinks?
My birthday party is next week and it’s Luau (sp) themed. We (My mom and I) want to make tropical non-alcoholic drinks to put in cute little cups with umbrellas, but we don’t know any recipes. Any ideas? Thanks so much!
The most popular non-alcoholic tropical drinks ordered in Hawaii are “virgin” pina coladas and “virgin” chi chis. Here is how you make them. Just mix 3 parts coconut cream to 2 parts pineapple juice with crushed ice in a blender. (if you add rum it is a pina colada, add vodka and it is a chi chic…this is the only difference). Pour in to your cute little cups and garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and your little umbrellas. Or if you want to make it really easy, just do this…
