Tequila Drink Recipes Ingredients
Should I double a recipe for drinks to make pitchers of that drink?
I have found several drink recipe’s that I would like to try for a party I am having next month. But all these drinks are just for one glass. If I was to make the drink in a blender, how would I go about doing that without putting too much liquor or other ingredients in? For example how would the following drink be made in a blender for a few people?
1 1/2 oz Tequila (Cuervo)
1 oz Rose’s sweetened lime juice
1 1/2 oz Triple sec
1 1/2 oz Sweet and sour
2 oz Cranberry juice

I’m assuming that you’re talking about a standard 64 oz beer pitcher and your blender is has a one quart jar (32 oz). Obviously you need make two batches in your blender to fill the one jug.
Your recipe per blender batch is:
6 oz Tequila (Cuervo)
4 oz Rose’s sweetened lime juice
6 oz Triple sec
6 oz Sweet and sour
8 oz Cranberry juice
It isn’t 32 oz of liquid because to have to leave some airspace to blend something. This is eight 7 to 8 ounce serving per pitcher. This cocktail is 2 standard drinks each when served that way.
