Sugar Free Mixed Drink Recipes
Does honey and lemon juice and water help you lose weight?
I want to lose about 10 pounds and I’ve looked up some home remedies to lose weight. I’ve found two drink recipes that sound good but has anyone ever tried them and do they work?
1.1 tbs honey, 1tbs lemon juice mixed with water.
2.60 ounces of pure or distilled water, 1tbs of sugar free cranberry juice, 2 tbs of lemon juice, 1 dandelion root teabag
I don’t know but water and lemon juice both have 0 calories. If you can it would be even better to just drink water with lemon.
