Smirnoff Watermelon Vodka Drink Recipes

What would be good mixers for the following types of Smirnoff flavored vodka?

Raspberry
Orange
Green Apple
Cranberry
Blueberry
Vanilla
Citrus
Passion Fruit
Strawberry
Watermelon
White Grape

I like to mix the raspberry with lemonade and the green apple with sour apple liquer (for a good appletini). I’m going to try the cranberry with lemon lime soda and the vanilla with Coke. Does anyone have any good recipes for any of these flavored vodkas to make some good mixed drinks?

To my mind, the best use of passion fruit was invented by Pat O’Brien and Charley Cantrell in their New Orleans bar. The (supposed) original recipe goes like this:

Hurricane Cocktail Recipe

1 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
4 ounces dark rum
4 ounces passion fruit syrup
Crushed ice
Orange and/or lime slice
1 Maraschino Cherry

In a cocktail shaker, add lemon juice, rum, passion fruit syrup, and crushed ice; shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes. Strain into a tall glass or hurricane cocktail glass,Garnish with an orange and/or lime slices and a maraschino cherry.

Makes 1 serving.

I’d play with that recipe adding a couple of ounces of Passion Fruit vodka, pineapple juice and grenadine. Or, you could just add the vodka and half as much passion fruit syrup.

I’d count on trying six or so recipes to get it worked out.
