Need Rum Drink Recipes?
Okay so we are throwing my dad a surprise retirement party and not that I care how much I am spending because this is a big deal…but after buying food, decorations, cake, and drinks, and all that stuff…I bought a huge thing of Rum to make drinks for the ladies (the guys are having beer). ANYWAY…I need easy drink recipes. Anything…cocktails, frozen, anything. BUT…something easy where I don’t have to buy all kinds of additional drinks. Also, it’s light rum.
Sorry…mean white rum.
Great White
1 1/2 oz. Spiced Rum
3/4 oz. Vanilla syrup (like the kind used in coffee drinks)
3 oz. coconut milk
Dash of nutmeg (garnish)
Combine the rum, vanilla syrup, and coconut milk in a shaker with ice. Shake to blend. Strain and serve in a Collins or other tall glass filled with ice.
Garnish with nutmeg.
Delish!! Creamy and mild, with just a little spice.
