Raspberry Champagne Cocktail Recipes
Champagne Cocktail recipes – Sparkling Cosmopolitan or Flirtini (not pineapple!)?
Whilst on a weekend break a few months ago, my friends and I enjoyed champagne cocktails which were called Sparking Cosmipolitan and Flirtini. The Flirtini was made with strawberries or raspberries.
I’ve searched the web and bought a few books but haven’t found the recipe to recreate these cocktails – can anyone help?
Ingredients
– 1 fluid ounce raspberry vodka
– 1/2 fluid ounce Cointreau liqueur
– 1 fluid ounce cranberry juice
– 1 dash fresh lime juice
– 1-2 raspberries
– champagne
Directions
1. Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a martini glass.
2. Combine the raspberry vodka, cointreau, cranberry juice and lime juice in a shaker.
3. Shake and strain into glass.
4. Top with champagne.
5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
6. Enjoy!
