Pineapple Malibu Rum Drink Recipes
Anyone have a recipe for a rum drink — SERVED IN PINEAPPLE?
I need a good recipe for a rum drink, that’s mixed and served into a cored pineapple. I’ve got Bacardi superior, Malibu coconut rum, among some other spirits. Anyone have a favorite mix?

I would also suggest a Pina Colada. I was recently in Dominican Republic and that was how they were being served at the beach. Don’t buy the crappy frozen mix stuff though. Pina Coladas are really easy to make on your own:
Ice cubes
1/2 cup rum
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup pineapple chunks
Maraschino cherry, for garnish, optional
Fill blender halfway with ice cubes. Add rum, coconut cream, coconut milk and pineapple chunks. Puree.
Serve, garnished with a maraschino cherry, if desired.
