That chilly season is coming when you want to stay inside, cuddled up with a blanket, your favorite person and a favorite steaming beverage. Maybe it’s a cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or a drink with a kick, you prefer, but you’ll want to try these drinks that will warm you all over.
One popular drink on a cold night is hot chocolate. There are many ways to prepare hot chocolate, either with water or even with milk. But for those that are able, a chill might be settled best with a cup of Caribbean hot chocolate which includes dark rum and Brown Crème de Cacao mixed into your mug of cocoa. Coffee, that popular morning get-me-going drink, could be served any time of the day. While these wouldn’t make a good before work drink, they could be a great side with dessert or after dinner beverage. Other great drinks for a chilly night include mulled ale or Golden Apple Cider. If you have less of a sweet tooth, you may want a hot cup of mulled ale. Use your favorite flavor of ale, or beer, stirred into a hot mixture of sugar, butter, ginger, and eggs. Golden apple cider is a sweeter alcoholic beverage that includes Goldschlager mixed with hot apple cider.
