Mixed Drink Recipes Singapore Sling
Ethnic or Regional Alcoholic Drink Recipes?
I was hoping some drink connoisseurs out there could help. The other day at a oriental restaurant, I had what is called a quail egg shot. It was a shot of quail egg, Saki and a splash of hot sauce or something. Anyways, it was quite pleasant and it got me wondering, what other EXTREME alcoholic ethnic/regional type mixes are out there? I can’t seem to find any info. on it but I know there has to be some crazy drinks or shots out there like the quail egg shot, something alot more daring than the Singapore Sling. Hopefully some of you can give some suggestions, thanks!
PS…If you know what region/country or story that your drink comes from that would be quite helpful as well as I would find it very interesting, such as the vodka and raw clam, I wonder where that drink originated from….unless you just came up with that, lol.
