Low carb high protein drinks and snacks recipes needed (WITHOUT protein powder)?

I want to lead a healthy nutrition concerning my diet, so i’m looking for recipes for high protein low carb shakes and snacks (or bars), especially after workout. Of course i know about shakes with eggs whites and fruit, and about mixing 2% yogurt with diet tuna or salmon, creating a high protein meal, but you can’t eat tuna at 6 in the afternoon after workout…

IMPORTANT NOTICE:As far as i searched the internet, all the protein shakes contained protein powder… I don’t need that. I want recipes which are made with natural ingredients that anyone can find in the market, and not powders and stuff like that.

And if it’s possible, with the recipe i’d like you to tell the calories per serving.
