Mixed Drink Recipes Coconut Rum
I need Captain Morgan mixed drink recipes with these ingedients! Help?
I was going to make pina coladas, but I forgot the coconut cream at the store!
So I have these ingredients to work with:
Captain Morgan’s original spiced rum
7-up
pineapple chuncks (in juice)
orange juice
cranberry – apple juice
I would like a fruity blended drink.. or maybe just one over ice. I’m not a big drinker, so I don’t want it too strong tasting..(although I do want it to get me drunk!) ^_^

I would freeze the pineapple chunks and then blend them with the rum and oj. This way the drink will be thick without the use of ice cubes to water it down. An option would be to top it with the 7-up for a fizzy finish.
