What are some cocktails that use the ingredient Half & Half Mix?
Not the cream/milk stuff you put in coffee, this is a yellowish juice like liquid. I saw it once a long time ago in a drink recipe, so when I came across it in the store last weekend I bought a bottle of it. Now I cant find a single drink that uses it. Its not a listed ingredient on Webtender, DrinkStreet, etc. and it is also not listed in a book I have on the history of the cocktail. Any suggestions on how to use this and where to find recipes using it would be great. Thanks!
Both of the first answers are referring to half and half the dairy product which is half cream and half whole milk. As I said, that is not what I need information for. This product is like a juice or sour mix type color and contains a variety of ingredients including sugar and grapefruit juice.
