Mix a tub of lemon icecream, or sorbet with cold champaine with a blender for a few minutes……………….. ummmmm to die for
poach salmon with it. when the salmon is done, reduce the liquid, add some dill and thyme as well as some lemon, reduce a small amount further, then add a cpl tablespoons of butter, whisk until melted, then place over the salmon and serve.
