a recipe using coconut liqueur. . .?
Recently I bought some coconut liqueur on vacation. It tastes decent straight, but does anyone know of any good cocktails that use coconut liqueur? (It’s not Malibu, it’s some Chinese liqueur.) Recipe please?
U can try these & add some of the liqueur to it .

one can cream of coconut – black label w/ a coconut tree on it
one can pineapple juice – the two quart size one
mix in pitcher
fill blender with ice, add rum to taste, fill 2/3 full of pineapple coconut liqueur & coconut mix
Hit blend.
pour into glass
Drink
Also maybe add to pina colada
6 oz Bacardi Black rum
6 0z of coconut liqueur
8 oz Cream of coconut (Coco Lopes)
8 oz Pineapple juice
Ice
1 wedge Pineapple
Mixing instructions:
Combine Rum, Cream of Coconut and Pineapple Juice in a regular sized blender. Blend on low speed to mix liquid ingredients. Fill blender to top with ice. Blend on high speed until ice is grainy. Pour into hurricane glass and garnish with pineapple wedge
