Lemon Champagne Cocktail Recipes
French 75 cocktail…gin or cognac?
I am making French 75 cocktails tomorrow night and have seen recipes that include cognac along with the champagne, lemon juice and sugar as well as those that include gin instead of the cognac. Has anyone had either of these and which is better??
In a Champagne glass, a Cube of Sugar, dash bitters, 1/4 Oz Gin and Champagne to fill the glass.
Good choice of drinks. One of the great classics
