Kahlua Drink Recipes Vodka

How to Create Your Own Home Bar
A good home bar starts with the right type of products. The best is always the right choice as the cheaper alcohol brands tend to lack the same smoothness and quality in taste. If you have a large amount of money to spend on this then it is only fitting that you buy one of everything there is to buy. That is the easy way to start with a fully stocked bar at home. Of course, this takes up space. For those who are on a budget or choose not to have everything in their personal drinking arsenal, they can start with come of the more common alcohols and liquors to give them a good start.
To begin, take a look at what you like the best and then choose what you need to supply those drinks. To figure out what you like the best, take a look at what you order the most when you go out for drinks. It will be much cheaper and more convenient for you to make them at home. Recipe books will be a great place to find out what is in your favorite drinks. You can write down the ingredients you need before you go shopping. Be aware that there are some variations of the same drink so you might need to experiment with different recipes to find one you like the best.
There are some absolute basic necessities for your home bar that will allow you to be versatile. It is essential to add Gin, Vodka, Rum, Whiskey, Bourbon, Tequila, and Scotch to the bar before you add anything else. These will give you the basis for many drinks and you can have all the normal favorites to serve straight. For flavored drinks, you need to add the flavored Schnapps, Crèmes, Kahlua, Brandies, and others to the mix as a matter of personal taste. There are hundreds of different flavors to choose from and not all are going to be appealing to everyone.
To add wine to the bar for a change, the simplest rule applies; add a white and a red and them whatever your favorite might be. The same goes for the type of beer you choose to stock. It simply needs to be stocked with your favorites and the more common brands. The guests you have visiting more often will also dictate what type of alcohol and beer you keep in the fridge. Mixed drink mixes will also serve as a handy item to have. The types out on the market are numerous so just choose some of your favorites for a ready made mixed drink.
Finally, there are a few items that are accessories to the bar that will help in making mixed drinks. The items you need are; your favorite soda, some diet soda, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Club Soda, Tonic Water, and some juice (pineapple or orange will do along with Cranberry and Grapefruit). For the right touch to your drinks, a decorative garnish will do the trick. For this, you need to add lemons, limes, cherries, oranges, apples cut in slices, and olives to the bar. Add all these together and your home bar will be very well stocked and ready for entertaining.
