Holiday Drink Recipes Rum
Mojito – Ice – Cream?
I was recently on holiday in Venice and I had the most amazing Ice-Cream there! It was mojito flavoured and was delicious. Ever since then I’ve been looking out for the ice-cream flavour in shops, or even just lime and mint, but I can’t find it.
Does anyone know a recipe for Mojito Ice-Cream which is easy to make at home?
Oh, and it has to be non alcoholic. I’m pretty sure the one in Italy didn’t have any rum in it, just the mint and lime, so that’s what I’m looking for. I’m also thirteen and can’t legally drink for a few more years.
