I do not know about you but I'm always looking for a light ice and frozen the treatment of choice during the summer months. One option is a delicious fruit smoothie with lots of strawberry ice cream, bananas, low fat yogurt vanilla and a little skim milk. It tastes good and is really good for me. Adequate hydration – we also Smoothies help you stay well hydrated and that both the fluid milk (or juice if you prefer) and the fruit itself. Without a large amount of water in our body can not function and for a hot summer day, they tend to lose even more than usual of the precious liquid. Smoothies are a great way to help stay hydrated – provided of course make sure to drink plenty of water as well.
Beause these smoothies are frozen, but we also help to cool when they drink. And only one of many reasons to drink a smoothie with frozen fruit is a good idea. Another is that they are healthy calories, low realtively and delicious flavor. And that is why this type of smoothie is a real pleasure.
