Free Alcoholic Drink Recipes Online
French Beverages?
Me and my 4-H group are doing an international cooking project that I have chosen to do French cooking. I want to make a beverage and I’ve been looking around online for a good beverage, but they are all alcoholic. Is there any good substitute for Alcohol? Some recipes call for brandy, but i cna’t serve that because I and the people i’m serving are all minors.
Any French drinks that you know of that are alcohol-free? Or good alcohol subs?

I’m afraid there isn’t a beverage in France that you would drink at dinner other than water or wine. Also, minors are offered alcohol in France. If it’s for lunch, water. And if it’s for tea, you can offer “sirop,” that being concentrated fruit juice that one would mix with [sparkling] water.
I’m not sure what you could replace brandy with, but maybe just exclude it? I don’t know what would happen taste-wise if you cooked it.
