Easy Alcohol Mix Drink Recipes

-How do you get really drunk without vomiting, and is it true that the sugar content mixed with alcohol is what usually makes you puke?
-If you don’t drink as much sugar during the day, will it help you hold your liquor when drinking sugary alcoholic beverages?
-What alcohol is lower in sugar? I know beer is the lowest, but what has a ton of sugar and what is in the middle.
-If there are any low-sugar mixed drinks out there that you know of that are easy to make, could you provide the recipes?
-Any other tips that could help me hold in alcohol?
This really depends on your goal. If you want to drink a whole bunch in the company of people who will remind you of your vomiting every time they see you if you do indeed vomit then that’s way different that just drinking enough to get really drunk.
With that said… In the first case. Eat first. Have a light meal and eat while you are drinking. If there will be hard liquor drink it first and have a water back. Never drink hard liquor later in the evening. If you drink wine or beer and then switch to hard liquor you will drink it like the lower alcohol beer/wine and that will result in dirty shoes. If you are going for sheer volume of drinking then drink beer it’s lower in alcohol. Drink lite beer or lager, like Bud. Micro brews are higher in alcohol. Also have water once in a while.
If you goal is simply feel totally drunk and not puke then don’t eat much and drink a couple of boiler makers. That’s 4 drinks but when you will have the hard liquor and the beer in combo. Carbonation makes the booze go to your head faster. That’s one reason sparkling wine makes you feel tipsy so fast.
The sugary factor in drinking is that people like sugar and when they drink sweet drinks they don’t taste the alcohol as much and drink more. It’s not the sugar.
If you really wan to be able to hold your liquor you will need to practice with daily drinking. That way your tolerance to alcohol will go up. This may or may not be a good idea.
