What foods are picnic like them?

I have a week with my friend in the army. Just reach out to others and our list things to do, let's have a picnic like them. :) The problem is that we stay in a hotel and only a microwave and refrigerator. Whole foods are not near either, despite Wal-Mart might be able to sell pre-made food. What are the recipes that are feasible in the microwave or do not need the heat? And plans to put the apples from when we pick apples, two days before the picnic and sparkling cider. :) No alcohol will have our picnic after a day at the zoo and does not feel right to drinking in an area for children.

If you are able to pack a thermos, you can heat the soup in the microwave – I Campbell's-V8 pumpkin or southwestern corn. Parallel to this, a good artisan bread, assorted cheeses, and something as sweet as blueberry muffins or maple and pumpkin bread. Serve the apples with a to-go package T. Marzetti 's Caramel Dip (in production), and get a nice finish. No heat? Try to get a roast chicken at the supermarket, and sheds of his chest and thighs. Served cold. If you are the refrigerator, you can grab a bowl of salad to accompany the chicken. You can also "cook" sweet potato in the microwave (8-10 minutes for med to large potatoes, making medium term). With a fork, beat in some butter and some brown sugar and has a great mashed sweet. All things are available at Wal-Mart. If you look around the deli counter in most grocery stores, you can get as mayonnaise, mustard, cream cheese, barbecue sauce, plastic items, etc. Enjoy, and do not forget the napkins and wipes.
