Drink Recipes With Wine Coolers

Easy Rum punch recipes that can be made in large quantities ahead of time?
We are serving beer and wine at our wedding reception and we would like to have at least one liquor beverage option for people. Does anybody know an easy rum punch recipe or some other liquor punch or mixed drink that can be made in large quantities ahead of time. We thought about just using the big orange sports coolers with the spouts on them to keep it in and then all the bartender has to do is poor it over ice from the spout. Any recipes or suggestions? We’ll need to make enough for about 100 people.
Yeah, its a wedding reception, not a kegger. Not really looking for everyone to get totally smashed. I just wanted to offer some options for my guests even though we’re on a limited budget.
depends on what you’re going for . .. if you wanna get people smashed, I made a batch of “Zombie” once, turned out to be a great party, but most guests were pretty hammered by the 2nd or 3rd cup (certainly not a bad thing in my circle) if you’re looking for something a little lighter, a Mai Tai is a nice tropical beverage, good flavor.
Well, rum is pretty spectacular in that it goes with about any juice. I’d say make daiquiry or something, but you can’t really prepare that ahead of time. For your scenario, I’d say just make a nice fruit concoction, just about any blend should work, and add rum to taste.
