Drink Recipes With Champagne
Cooking with champagne?
I have some leftover champagne and don’t really want to drink it. Its in the fridge (I vacuum sealed it with my wine bottle sealer…its been open for 2 days).
Anyways, are there any recipes I can use it in? I don’t want to pour it down the sink and I haven’t been in the mood for alcohol and I don’t think it will keep to the weekend.
Ideas?
You can use it in anything where you would usually use white wine – in sauces or stews etc.
