Does anyone know the drink recipe for “scooby snacks”? Or do you know how to find it?
The recipe that I use at my bar is as follows:
Over ice-
1 part Midori
1 part Malibu or Parrot Bay
2 parts Milk or Cream
1 part Orange Juice
You can serve this as a drink, or strain and serve as a shot. The recipe is the same.
(The orange juice DOES NOT curdle the milk)
