Finding Japanese cookbook? Help?!?
I used to have a Japanese/sushi cookbook. A friend borrowed it and lost it. Now I’m trying to find another copy. The cover picture was one of the first recipes, had a lotus root topped with a grape tomato on top of 4 skinned cherry tomatoes. The first section was only 3 drink recipes. Had a recipe for apricot-infused sake. Anyone know this book, or where I can find it?
Tried to find it… no luck. Best way to find cookbooks (I’ve found) is to go through Google Shopping. How old is the cookbook? (New or vintage) Trying to remember as much of the title as you can would be most helpful.
Have you tried posting on eBay’s “Want it now” section?! You can post a request for a cookbook and more people would check that then here on Yahoo.
