Watermelon Punch
6 c. watermelon juice
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 (12 ounce) frozen raspberry juice to taste
1 (6 ounces) orange juice concentrate and frozen
1 / 4 cup lemon juice
In a large bowl, combine all above ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Makes 14 (3 / 4 cup) servings.
Watermelon Smoothie
Songs 2 tablespoons seedless watermelon
1 tablespoon chopped or crushed ice
1 / 2 cup plain yogurt
V. 2.1 soup. sugar
1 / 2 c. tea. ginger
C. 8.1 tea. almond extract
Beat the ingredients in the mixture until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 2.3 servings.
Watermelon Frappe

36 oz ginger beer
1 (12 ounce) can lemon juice concentrate frozen, thawed
Lime and lemon slices (fresh slices)
Remove the seeds and watermelon rind. Cut the melon into chunks. Combine melon lemon juice and ginger ale in a shaker. Freeze for several hours. Partially thawed to serve. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with slices of lemon or lime. 1 gallon.
Guava Smoothie Watermelon
1 1 / 2 cups watermelon
1 cup guava juice or guava nectar
2.1 cup ice
Mix The above ingredients together in blender and blend until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.
