I’ve been studying my Bartending recipes and I came acrosss two completely different recipes for Bahama Mama?

How do I tell which recipe is the right recipe? And it made me wonder if any of the other drink recipes I’ve been studying could also be wrong? One Recipe calls for:
1/4oz. Coffee Liqueur
1/2oz. Dark Rum
1/oz. Coconut Liqueur
1/4oz.151 Proof Rum
1oz. Lemon Juice
4oz.Pineapple Juice.

The other recipe calls for:
Light Rum 1 oz
Vanilla Schnapps 1 oz
Mixer Name Amount
Grenadine 0.5 oz
Cranberry Juice 3 oz
Pineapple Juice 3 oz

Ive never had a Bahama Mama with coffee liqueur either. Recipes are different for all drinks. Im surprised uv only found 2 different ones for a bahama mama. Ive found like 6 different recipes for sex on the beach before. If you work at a restaurant, they will have their own recipe for each drink. But if you work at a bar, most drinks like that all end up tasting the same.(at a bar, u probably wont be making a bahama mama) The way I learned to make a Bahama Mama is rum, banana liquor, malibu coconut rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and a splash of grenadine. I have no clue where the lemon juice came in at for the first recipe. You will learn how to make stuff in ur own way.
