Authentic Indian Mango Juice?
I went to a culture fest today and my mom and I wanted to try
Indian,then once we get our food, the man askes me if I want any “Mango Juice”.So we sit down and eat and I’m OMG!
This is the best tasting juice on the planet!”Then we go home on my moms computer and look up the recipe and it says
Mango Juice is a big hit in India.So is guava,papya and coconut milk.So my question is,Is there anyone who can help me putt together an Indian Mango Juice drink?
INDIAN MANGO JUICE is delicious! Here’s the catch, it tastes so damn good because they use Indian mangoes which are just now available in the US during Indian mango season (April to July). These delicious mangoes are known as HAPUS (or Alphonso or Ratnagiri).
Best bet: go to any Indian grocery store, there is a company known as MAAZA that makes great mango, guava, coconut, papaya juices…. they are inexpensive and you can buy them in bulk!
No mango in the US will even compare to the real Indian Hapus mango!
