21st birthday ideas-no alcohol?
I’ll be turning 21 in a couple of months and am trying to decide what to do for a party. I’ve never really had any big birthday parties, but would like something somewhat big, so I can see all my high school friends again as well as my college friends. I don’t want to have any alcohol involved-this way, I can invite minors AND I will remember it. It’d also be nice if it was family friendly, as me and my family are very close. I had the idea of having the normal non-alcoholic drinks like soda and juice, but also thought it would be cool to have virgin drinks, like strawberry daiquiris and such. Any party ideas would be wonderful. I’d like to keep it *fairly* inexpensive seeing as I’m a college kid, but I’m willing to spend a fair amount of money on it. Themes, places, drink recipes….anything?

Throw a luau and you could host a virgin bar complete with bartender and all the fancy mixed drinks made no alcohol! Or what about a “Saturday Night Fever” disco party at a skating rink and every one comes 70’s dress and same virgin bar. Renting a boat for a 3-4 hr lake cruise is also a great party venue ( same bar) Also you can usually “Rent” a movie theater for a private showing of a current movie,then move the party to a place like a Red Robin.
