Coffee Drink Recipes Using Rum
i need recipes for mix drinks and how do i make the perfect white russian?
preferably some using amaretto,tequila,coffee liquor,rum
White Russian
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Kahlua
3/4 oz Light Cream or Milk
Mix the vodka and kahlua together then float the cream on top. Add ice if desired.
Rum Runner
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz orange juice
1/2 oz blackberry brandy
1/2 oz crème de banane
1 1/2 oz gold rum
dash of Falernum or grenadine
PREPARATION:
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well. Strain into a chilled hurricane glass.
Amaretto sour
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Amaretto
3 oz Sour mix
Mixing instructions:
Shake and strain. Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
Margarita
1 1/2 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 ounce lemon juice or lime juice
Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lemon or lime, dip rim in salt. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into the salt-rimmed glass.
Mudslide
1/2 fluid ounce Kahlua
1/2 fluid ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 fluid ounce vodka
1 fluid ounce milk
Pour ingredients over ice and stir.
