Cocktail Recipes Pitcher
What’s a trendy Christmas cocktail to bring to a party?
Prefer cold cocktails. Party is down the street (I walk). I usually bring a pitcher full of cocktails to this particular Xmas party and this year I am looking for a new recipe, something different & interesting. No cream, since there will be vegans there (and eventually highly spirited vegans, if I can help it).
Vegans do not eat dairy products such as cream, half&half, etc.
peppermint martini
* 2 ounces Absolut Peppar Vodka
* 1 ounce White Crème de Menthe
* 1 ½ ounces Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
* 1 ounce Rumple Minze Peppermint Liqueur
* 2 small peppermint patty candies
Preparation:
Pour ingredients, except the Crème de Menthe into a shaker ¾ full of crushed ice. Shake a little jig for a full minute. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses. Top each glass with ½ ounce Crème de Menthe and garnish with a peppermint patty.
