Cocktail Recipes Of Brandy
Do you know a recipe of a cocktail with brandy as unique alcohol?
There are a couple:
1. Brandy Smash
Crush 4 sprigs of mint and 1 teaspoon powdered sugar in a glass and rub them together to bruise the mint. Take the mint out and put into the glass 2 ice cubes, 1 measure brandy and a splash of soda water. Serves 1.
2. Brandy Daisy
Put 2-3 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and add 1 measure brandy, a quarter measure lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of grenadine syrup (non-alcoholic). Shake to mix then strain into a glass. Top up with soda water if you want to make this into a tall drink; decorate with cherries too if you like. Serves 1.
