Coffee & Tea Ice Cream Recipes
If you feel weak, slow, tired or on a hot day, coffee or hot tea are probably not very appetizing. Therefore coffees and iced teas have become so popular! Have the potential to get the boost of caffeine without drinking hot liquids on a hot day and and humid. Here are some delicious recipes to try the next time you have time on their hands or looking for a cold drink to serve at your next meeting.
Coffee ice cream
Coffee twice the force of habit. Pour hot coffee over ice in tall glasses over ice blocks or a large pitcher. Serve with whipped cream or plain sugar and serve or black.
Austria iced coffee
Half fill tall glasses with crushed ice, sprinkle with powdered sugar on the ice, if desired, and place 1 tablespoon of whipped cream in each glass. Pour the hot coffee and glasses of hard ice.
Café au Lait Ice Cream
Pour 1 cup double strength coffee with crushed ice in a tall glass, add teaspoon vanilla or coffee ice cream and serve immediately.
Chocolate Iced Coffee
Stir or beat a cup of strong coffee, 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, 2 tablespoons whipping cream and 3 tablespoons of crushed ice. Serve immediately. A cute idea for parties or meetings is to buy coasters, sandstone mountains, and groups of mountains with cups of coffee or printed on them.
Frosty Coffee
Half fill 6 tall glasses with crushed ice, pour hot coffee strong until ice crystals are three-quarters Full parts and top each with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream. Use a warm room for 6 coffee cups.
Café Delight
4 Coffee cups ice
1 cup heavy cream
8 tablespoons sugar syrup
A fourth ginger ale
Mix coffee and syrup. Fill 8 glasses ¾ crushed ice. Whip cream in each cup, ¼ cup of cream instead, mix ½ cup ½ cup of coffee and ginger ale. Stir.
Iced Tea
Prepare strong tea, 1 ½ teaspoon tea per cup. Pour hot tea over ice in tall glasses. Or pour the hot tea on a block of ice in a large pitcher. The tea is clearer and brighter than it cools slowly cooled quickly. Boil sugar and water 5 minutes, add tea, mint and spices, cover lightly and let stand 15 minutes, strain and add juice. Pour over crushed ice add water and serve. These measures are 15 to 20 servings. Specialty tea cups, personalized paper cups and a basket of sugar can be necessary for a tea party or other gathering.
Mint Julep Iced Tea
At 2 cups of tea infusion, add a handful mint, crushed 6 tablespoons lemon juice 3 / 4 cup sugar and 3 cloves and refrigerate several hours. When serving, drain and add 1 liter of white grape juice, ¼ cup each of diced pineapple and a maraschino cherry slices, thinly sliced 1 orange, then cut into eighths, and a liter of soda water 1. Pour into tall glasses half full crushed ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Recipe for top 15 glasses.
