Can you substitute eggs in cocktails without them tasting funny?

I used to be vegan but I still do not like using eggs – it’s a texture thing. Is there a way to make drinks such as the Hot Pink Handgun, the Pisco Sour, and Fizzs vegan without them tasting weird or reacting/separating when mixed. I’m curious if Ener-G egg would work, the consistency is just like a real egg white but I’m not sure how it would react with certain alcohols. I know that there are a few sucessful vegan Egg Nog recipes out there but nog is completely different from the soft milky cocktails served in martini glasses.

Thanks,
Lindsey

try using Gomme syrup instead of regular sugar or simple syrup in your cocktail

egg is used primarily as an emulsifier, and Gomme syrup has gum arabic added, which does the same thing.
