Ok so I’m 15 years old and have been taking cooking classes for a year or two… my friends parents asked me to make a dinner for their birthday. I’ve been thinking about the menu below… any suggestions, tips, or substitutions? Does it even sound balanced to good?

It sounds great, but maybe try a lighter soup. Potato soup can often be very filling and they wouldn’t have room for the main course or dessert, unless the soup is served as very small portions (which you could do). Good luck!
