My relatives and I has this tradition for Christmas dinner. Every year we give some money to one person to make the dinner alone. ( No help ) This year, I am the person. :) So everyone, I need a lot of ideas and recipes. I really need help with the drinks. ( No alcohol please)The person with the most and best recipes and ideas gets 10 points.And if it’s a family favourite, can you please make a note about that. Thanks in advance.

There is a Mexican Mac & Cheese I want to make this yr… It is a family favorite!

2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup diced shallots
3-4 picked jalapenos or pickled serrano chilies, minced
1/2 tsp. dried mexican oregano
1/3-1/2 tsp. raw sugar
8 tbsp (1 stick) butter
4 cups whole milk
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 1/3 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated mild jack cheese
1/3 cup goat cheese
