Champagne Cocktail Recipes
Flavored sugar cubes?
I’ve heard that there’s a way to make a unique cocktail by infusing sugar cubes with fruit concentrate and then dropping the cube into champagne. But, I can’t find any specific recipes online. Do you have a recipe for this? Thanks.
Start by by mixing sugar with enough water to cover completely. Add in whatever you want to infuse (for example raspberries) and cover your container. Let the mixture sit.
Once the flavor of your item is in the liquid, pour the sugar into some kind of mold (ice cube tray would work great) and let it dry.
After the water evaporates, you have infused sugar cubes. Have fun!
