and i need some cocktail and other alcoholic drink recipes pleeeease help I am clueless in this department.

I don’t know if you are planning on having a full bar, but if so, you want to have rum, gin, scotch, whiskey, and vodka. You should also have wine and beer. For mixing, pick up orange and cranberry juices, coke, diet coke, sprite, tonic, lime juice
and seltzer water. That covers most people. If you want more variety, you can get things like pineapple juice, Malibu rum, Captain Morgans, Red Bull, and grenadine. For martinis you will also want dry vermouth, for margaritas, triple sec. Have fun and happy birthday!!
