Alcohol Drink Recipes Bartending
Basic Bartending?
In drink recipes when they use ther terms 1 part or 3/4 part what does this mean? Is it the amount of alcohol you fill the glass with or fill a shot glass with or what?
It is just giving you the ratio. 1 part OJ to 2 parts vodka would be putting 1 oz. of OJ in a glass with 2oz of Vodka. By giving you the ratio you can make the drink as big or small as you want. When in doubt just use a 1 oz shot glass and measure it.
